Slow Food Cincinnati

Join us Sunday, March 3rd, from 2-4pm as Taste on Elm and Conserva host Slow Food Cincinnati!

We will be offering a tasting menu with three small production wines from Voyager Beverage and tapas pairings featuring local produce from Dark Wood Farm. We’ll talk about the Slow Food approach used in producing these items, as well as how we partner with small, regional businesses. Partners and members will be on hand to discuss our philosophies, processes, and answer questions. We’ll all learn something and meet some kindred spirits.

Slow Food Cincinnati members will be on hand to answer any questions you have about the global movement – founded by Carlo Petrini in 1986 in Italy – and local producers whose food can enrich your lives. It’s all about good, clean and fair food. Learn more and become a member of Slow Food USA.
