Tapas originated in the Catalonian region of Spain and are small plates typically shared and consumed with a glass of wine or vermouth.
We prepare delicious, traditional dishes with high quality Spanish and local ingredients. We import the very best preserved seafood that is sustainably harvested harvested and immediately preserved. The quality simply can’t be beat.
