Join us for an evening celebrating the wines of Spain’s Coasts and Islands, where the sea breeze and sun shape every glass. From Galicia’s rugged Atlantic shores to the volcanic soils of the Canary Islands, these wines capture the unique character of their coastal terroirs, bright, mineral-driven, and deeply expressive.
This five-course wine dinner will feature a guided tasting of five selections, each paired with a Spanish dish created by Chef Challis Hodge. The menu highlights the flavors of the sea and land, from scallop crudo and octopus salad to family-style roasted lamb and a traditional almond cake.
We are pleased to welcome TJ Snuffin of Skurnik Wines, who will lead guests through the stories behind each region, grape, and bottle, sharing insights into the traditions and innovation shaping Spain’s coastal winemaking.
Whether you’re discovering the volcanic intensity of Listán Blanco for the first time or savoring the elegance of Ribeira Sacra Mencía, this dinner offers a flavorful journey across Spain’s shores.
