Join us for an immersive evening featuring the expressive wines of Alta Alella, an acclaimed organic winery located just outside Barcelona in the Serralada de Marina Natural Park, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Known for their crisp, mineral-driven whites and elegant reds, Alta Alella captures the coastal character and biodiversity of its surroundings in every bottle.
This five-course wine dinner will feature a guided tasting of five Alta Alella wines, including their celebrated cava, fresh Xarel·lo, vibrant rosé, and two expressive reds. Each wine will be paired with a Spanish tapa crafted by Chef Challis Hodge, inspired by regional Catalan flavors and prepared with care for a seated, coursed experience.
